Delete in the app

The quickest way to delete your account and all your data is directly inside the Liftpact app:

1. Open Liftpact on your device
2. Tap the Profile tab
3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
4. Scroll to Account
5. Tap Delete Account
6. Confirm the deletion

Your profile, workouts, personal records, and all personal data are permanently deleted immediately. Security audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days. These logs contain no names, email addresses, or workout content — only your user ID, event type, and for report events: the reported user ID, content type, content ID, and report reason. If you cannot access the app, submit this form and we will delete your account within 30 days.
